Working woman looking for a safe, affordable place ASAP.

Looking for a clean, quiet room, studio, or small apartment. Pierce County preferred; select King County locations considered.

Preferably on a bus line. Budget up to $500/month. Looking for a legitimate landlord or host and a straightforward rental arrangement.

Happy to meet in person, see the place, and verify everything before making any payment.
