This working Trane model XL-1400, is a 2.5 ton, 14 seer rooftop mount air conditioning and heat unit that uses natural gas, and measures 36"x 64". I had it installed new on my house for $7800.00 in 2007, and it was working fine when it was taken down on 9-20-25 .
My roof is twenty five years old and the shingles are coming off so I am getting a new roof installed soon, so I decided to also put a new A/C unit on too because I plan on selling the house in a year and a half and it would be a good selling point, plus price are going to double from $15,000.00 to $30,000.00 next year because they the state is mandating a new more environmentally safe Freon.
I thought instead of adding it to the landfill I'd sell it to someone that could use it on a house, shop, or barn. It's $240.00. cash only, call and talk ( do not text or email Andrew from 9 am to 9 pm at show contact info .
