This is the most stylish and useful piece...a well-made solid wooden end table, with inset leather panels, and also serves as steps to reach the top shelf of the bookcase! Even has a lift-up "secret" compartment. Made in England about 1940s, it measures 30" by 18" and is 25" high. A little wear, but still looks great, and very sturdy. A wonderful addition to any room.
