Wonderful and secluded one bedroom apartment in Curtis Park, near Midtown and Land Park. It's downstairs in the back on an old Victorian that is on a hill. The apartment has an open floorplan. It has ceramic tile throughout, except for the bathroom, which is all in marble. The heating and air conditioning is a new, energy efficient, split system. The stove is gas and the refrigerator is stainless, with an ice maker. There is a lot of cabinet and counter space. The bathroom is all in marble and has a nice sized walk in shower. There is a private porch with a swing overlooking the back yard. The apartment may be small, but it's very nice and shows pride of ownership. We have great neighbors too. The location is just south of Broadway on Second Avenue near 21st. Street in one of Sacramento's nicest historic neighborhoods, Curtis Park. There is a laundry room within a few feet of this apartment with coin operated Speed Queen machines. The washer is a brand-new front loader.
It's being rented unfurnished. The furnished pictures are just to give you an idea of size. The main room is 14x14. The bedroom is 8x15. The bathroom is 4x8.
The apartment is available now. No need to message me asking if it’s available.
I’m looking to lease the apartment for at least one year Month-to-month after that would be fine.
The qualifications to rent are the same as for every other apartment. You need to have enough income to cover your rent all of your expenses and still leave you enough money to live. You need decent credit and rental history. I do a credit and unlawful detainer check. The price for that is $49 per person.
I pay for the water, sewer, and garbage. You pay for gas and electric. You also pay for your Internet, phone and cable TV if you choose to have those.
