The brick-lined ceilings in the Marsal MB-60STACKED pizza deck oven's baking chambers enable uniform cooking of product. Each baking chamber measures 36 inches by 60 inches and accommodates six 18-inch pizzas. Featuring a double deck, this unit can cook as many as 12 large pizzas at the same time. Its cooking surface measures 2 inches thick, and the black doors are double paneled to prevent the exterior from becoming too warm.
Equipped with adjustable thermostatic controls, the Marsal MB-60STACKED double pizza deck oven has a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The interior of the ovens are illuminated with halogen lights to enable monitoring, and they're insulated with high-temperature fiberglass to prevent heat loss. Constructed of stainless steel, the top and sides are resilient and rust resistant. Mounted on modifiable legs, this unit can be positioned on sloped floors
