Solid knowledge of standard CAA forms and agreements.
Enforces occupancy policies and procedures and addressing violators.
Collection of monthly rents and making bank deposits.
Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents and deposits, creating receipts and analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
Immediately report and/or update management about upcoming vacancies and all major or non-routine issues.
Obtain authorization for all non-routine repairs, changes or improvements.
1 years of on-site property management experience, required.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
