Help Needed With Surround Sound and Home Theater Upgrade (Sacramento)

We’re looking for an experienced home theater installer to check our current system and help us get a better movie-watching experience.
We have a Hisense Google TV, a Yamaha RX-V4A receiver, a Klipsch subwoofer, front speakers, and two rear speakers. Sound works through the front speakers, but the rear speakers are silent, even after trying the receiver’s All-Channel Stereo setting.
We’d like someone to diagnose and fix the rear speakers, check whether we need a center speaker, and recommend a proper 5.1 surround setup. We’re open to new equipment.

Please respond only if you have hands-on experience diagnosing and setting up AV receivers and 5.1 surround systems, not just mounting TVs or connecting soundbars. We’re looking for someone who can troubleshoot the silent rear speakers and advise us on improving the overall home theater setup.
