Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction, electrical, low-voltage, gate, access control, or mechanical experience.
This is a field position requiring someone who is comfortable working outdoors, using hand and power tools, troubleshooting equipment, and working as part of a professional installation team.
Responsibilities
Install automatic gate operators and related equipment
Install and troubleshoot access control systems
Install card readers, keypads, vehicle detection equipment, and safety devices
Install and terminate low-voltage wiring and conduit
Assist with gate and fence installations
Perform service calls, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Read basic plans, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions
Communicate professionally with customers
