We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled tree professional who takes genuine pride in arboriculture and is committed to performing exceptional work.
This position is for an accomplished climber and arborist who can evaluate a tree, develop a safe and efficient plan, lead a crew, and execute complex work with skill, precision, and sound judgment.
We are looking for someone who has earned the trust and respect of their coworkers and industry peers and who can be trusted to make good decisions in the field without constant supervision.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7 years of residential and commercial tree-care experience - Line clearance experience does NOT count toward the 7-year requirement
Current ISA Certified Arborist certification in good standing
Extensive experience in:
Advanced climbing
Rigging
Pruning
Tree removals
Large and complex removals
Working safely in tight or difficult-to-access locations
Demonstrated ability to safely perform complex removals involving heavy rigging and advanced climbing techniques
Strong knowledge of proper pruning practices, tree health, tree risk, rigging, equipment operation, and job-site safety
Experience leading 2–3 person tree crews, including directing work, maintaining safety standards, solving problems, and ensuring quality workmanship
Ability to operate tree-care equipment safely and drive manual-transmission chipper trucks
CDL strongly preferred and will receive priority consideration
Proven history of stable employment, professional growth, and increasing responsibility is highly valued

PRIORITY CONSIDERATION
Priority consideration will be given to candidates with:
Current ISA Certified Arborist certification
CDL
Extensive large-removal experience
Advanced climbing and rigging skills
Proven crew-lead experience
Strong residential and commercial tree-care experience
Demonstrated history of professionalism, dependability, and quality workmanship
Stable employment history with increasing responsibility and professional growth
