We’re looking for dependable individuals to work on both local and out of town projects. Experience in carpentry, demolition, drywall, flooring, framing, general construction, landscaping, painting, or other related trades is desired.
Desirable qualifications:
- Experience in one or more of the trades listed above.
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to jobsite challenges.
- Strong self-management skills, including organizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Ability to complete assigned work with little to no oversight from supervisor.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying materials, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Commitment to jobsite safety and maintaining a clean work area.
- Reliable transportation to assigned jobsites.
Local work & travel: We’re seeking individuals available for both local work and travel assignments. Some jobs require travel and remaining away from home for extended periods.
Starting pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
