Concrete Sidewalk Replacement Contractor Needed

I'm looking for an experienced concrete contractor to remove and replace approximately 185 sq. ft. of sidewalk in front of my home in downtown Sacramento.

The City of Sacramento has required the repair, so all work must comply with applicable city specifications and pass the required inspections.

Scope of Work

• Remove and dispose of the existing concrete sidewalk.
• Remove or properly address tree roots interfering with the sidewalk.
• Prepare the site and pour and finish the new concrete to City of Sacramento specifications.
• Coordinate required inspections and complete any corrections needed to pass inspection.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and project coordination from start to finish.

Requirements

• Experience with City of Sacramento sidewalk replacement procedures, specifications, and inspections.
• Ability to manage the entire project from demolition through final inspection.
• Provide a complete quote covering the entire job, including labor, materials, disposal, and any required permits or inspections.
