Morning MWF 6 am to 2 pm AND T TH 6 am to 10 am
Assist 70 y man who has Down syndrome with daily tasks (ADLs): shower, dress, pepare foods. Also take out to lunch in your car. Laundry and dishes also. Uses walker around the house. Has accessible shower and chair. Give pills in pill dispenser. Log in logbook.
AFTERNOON/EVENING MWF 2 pm to 10 pm AND T TH 1 pm to 10 pm
Assist same man with going out in to community: to gym, golfing, bowling etc. Uses a walker around the house and wheelchair for longer distances. Give pills in pill dispenser. Log in logbook.
Fall risk and Choking risk. MUST follow instructions already set in household. Must be positive, patient, and agreeable.
