To qualify, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
Monthly household income must be at least $2,600 (2.5 times the monthly rent).
Minimum credit score of 621.
Household income must not exceed:
$46,000 annually for a 1-person household
$52,600 annually for a 2-person household
Additional program and screening requirements may apply.
📋 REQUIRED INCOME DOCUMENTATION
If employed:
Your 3 most recent paycheck stubs.
If self-employed:
Your most recent 1 year of tax returns.
If receiving benefits or public assistance (CalWORKs, Social Security, SSI, etc.):
Your current award or benefits letter.
If receiving alimony or child support:
Court documentation along with a 12-month payment history or award statement.

Please bring:
Valid government-issued photo ID for all applicants age 18 and older.
$100 holding fee
$51 application fee per applicant
Fees must be provided by cashier's check made payable to Kensington Park.

The apartment will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis to qualified applicants.

All applicants must be present to complete the application.
Applications must be completed in person.
Once approved, move-in must take place as soon as possible, unless another move-in date has been approved by management.
Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee approval. All applicants are subject to applicable screening and Affordable Housing Program requirements.
