I have a nice room for rent and a nice home in Sabattus. I am a semi retired widowed mail. I am looking to rent out one of my bedrooms in my home. Very nice room and you have a shared kitchen and bathroom. Garage possibly available during the winter months. I am looking for somebody that is financially stable. And mature, as well as neat and clean. The cost of the room is $800. A month and everything is paid. Plenty of parking and laundry on site.
