I am interested in a long-term stay and have a 29-foot trailer that I would like to keep there rather than towing it back and forth to Medford.
My current schedule is that I travel to the area on Thursdays around 7:00 PM and leave on Sundays around 3:00 PM. I primarily Uber during the nighttime hours. I usually return to the trailer around 4:00 AM to sleep until about 10:00 AM, and then I go back to work.
So, I would essentially be using the trailer as my place to sleep and stay while I’m working in the area. I’m quiet and would not be spending a lot of time at the trailer other than sleeping and relaxing between work.
I don’t necessarily need water, sewer, just electrical hookups, although having them available would be a nice bonus.
Ideally, I’d like to leave the trailer there year-round rather than towing it back to Medford each weekend. I’m wondering what kind of monthly or long-term rate you might be able to offer for a setup like this.
