New with box! Has been opened, but never used. Comes with everything it is supposed to! I never used it because I thought the curly hair attachment came with it (diffuser) and it did not! So, my loss is your gain! This retails for over $250+ with tax! $175 too much? Make me a reasonable offer and it will probably be yours!! I will travel up to 30-40 mins to meet..
