Evergreen Property Care is a residential contractor based in Rutland. We do everything from small handyman jobs to full renovations, so no two weeks look the same.
The work:
- Decks
- Bathrooms and kitchens
- Flooring
- Painting and drywall
- Framing
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Property maintenance
We have a solid pipeline of work and we're growing. Winters we focus on interior projects, so the work keeps going.
What we're looking for:
- Some construction or trades experience
- Good attitude, works hard
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Clean and sober
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Your own basic hand tools (hammer, tape measure, etc.)
We're willing to train the right person.
What we offer:
- $25 to $35/hr based on experience
- Licensed electricians or plumbers: pay negotiable above that range
- Flexible schedule
- Paid sick time
- All major tools provided: saws, nail guns, tile tools and specialty equipment
- A wide variety of projects
- Jobs within about 45 minutes of Rutland
