I'm planning to offer personalized 1:1 interview coaching for a small group of 3 to 5 people.
Over the years, I've worked at both a global consulting firm and technology companies, where I've conducted many interviews while also going through countless interviews myself. One thing I've learned is that interviewing isn't a skill you master by simply memorizing answers or practicing a few times.
In real interviews, you're rarely asked only the questions you prepared for. What's much more important is how you organize your thoughts, understand the interviewer's intent, and communicate your experiences in a clear and logical way when you're faced with unexpected questions.
That's why this coaching won't focus on memorizing common interview questions and answers. Instead, the goal is to simulate real interview situations as closely as possible, identify areas for improvement, and build the skills needed to perform confidently in actual interviews.
We'll work on topics such as:
• Interview preparation tailored to your target role and position
• Mock interviews that closely resemble real interview experiences
• Handling unexpected and difficult questions
• Improving the structure and clarity of your answers
• Presenting your experience more effectively
• Detailed feedback with actionable suggestions after each session
• A personalized interview preparation plan based on your goals
Whether you're a student preparing for your first job, a professional looking to make a career move, or someone who wants to strengthen your interview skills for future opportunities, the coaching will be tailored to your individual situation and goals.
We'll start with a free 15 minute consultation to discuss your background, the roles you're targeting, and the areas you find most challenging.
From there, we'll create a personalized plan that follows a continuous cycle of practice, mock interviews, feedback, and improvement.
If you have an interview coming up or you're preparing on your own and aren't sure where to start, feel free to reach out.
I'd be happy to help you build confidence and perform at your best in your next interview.
