Availability
• Primary Availability: Tuesday through Thursday (ready to fulfill Wheated’s required schedule).
• Shift Flexibility: Available to cover extra, open, or call-in shifts as needed.
Experience: Two years of solid experience as a front-of-house (FOH) support person. I have worked as a food runner, waiter's assistant, and barback, developing exceptional skills in customer service and operational efficiency. Bilingual in English/Spanish, with a proactive attitude and the ability to easily adapt to dynamic environments.
Skills within these positions include:
Food Runner:
Efficient coordination between the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of fresh and quality food.
Knowledge of dishes and menus to provide detailed information and recommendations to customers.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization in fast-paced environments.
Waiter's Assistant:
Proficiency in table setting and preparation of the service area to ensure a positive experience for customers.
Excellent teamwork, collaborating closely with waitstaff, chefs, and other team members.
Constant attention to customer needs, anticipating their requests and ensuring impeccable service.
Barback:
Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and standard bar service procedures.
Ability to keep the bar clean and organized, ensuring the quick availability of necessary ingredients.
Experience in handling cash and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
General Skills:
Effective communication in English and Spanish, facilitating interaction with a diverse range of customers.
Proactive and customer service-oriented attitude, ensuring a positive experience for diners.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in high-volume situations.
Adaptability to changing environments and a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
