Position Overview
We are seeking well-rounded Construction Laborers / Field Technicians with experience working on active construction sites. This position works closely with our Project Managers and field crews, providing support on residential and commercial projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities include assisting with construction activities, transporting materials, operating and maintaining tools and equipment, driving company vehicles (CDL not required), and helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards of quality.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, follows direction well, and is comfortable performing physical work throughout the day on active job sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of construction experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Experience using common construction tools and equipment
- Familiarity with construction materials and job site safety
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining a productive team member
- Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
