Adult female Siamese mix (Stafford)

She's a very sweet and vocal girl, meows and chirps A LOT. She's extremely playful and sweet with everyone, EXCEPT our elderly cat. The reason we need to rehome her is because she seeks out our elderly cat to play with her but since our other car is so old, she wants nothing to do with her and a lot of fights break out between them.
We've tried to work through this for over a year and a half, but it's only gotten worse. Our elderly cat is afraid to roam around the house so we've had to sequester her to one room to limit her stress and anxiety.
Rutabaga (the Siamese mix for rehoming), loves playing with our small dogs but is afraid of large dogs, she will hide from them.
⭐We are unsure if she will get along with other cats. We think she tries to play with our elderly cat, but our elderly cat wants nothing to do with her, so maybe that's why it escalates into fights.⭐
She loves to play in water, so be careful of where you put her water bowl because she WILL play in it if she's bored.
She is a fairly large cat, very healthy and UTD on vaccines.
