Hi everyone! My boyfriend and I are looking for a place to rent in the area or in the buford area for under $1,700 a month, as our current lease is coming to an end and we're hoping to find our next place to call home,perhaps a basement apartment, guest house or mobile home
We both work full-time, close to 40 hours a week or more, while also attending school part-time. We stay busy balancing work and school, so we are quiet, responsible, and respectful tenants who enjoy keeping to ourselves.
We do have a 13-year-old cat who is very calm, sleeps most of the day, and keeps to herself. She is well-behaved and used to living indoors.
We are hoping to find a clean, comfortable place where we can settle in and stay long-term. We are happy to provide proof of income, rental references, or any additional information needed.
