I have a small, reliable crew and I'm on sight everyday, all day, over seeing that the work is done correctly.
I can quote prices for just the labor or include a quote the whole job or anything in between. Everything I do is broke down into a hardware/material list and can easily be calculated and verified. I generally pour all foundations as a single pour, (monopour) where the footings and stem walls are poured at the same time which in turn increases strength to the foundation as well as saving time and money on concrete pump trucks.
Once we start a job, we are committed to that job until it's done. We offer a complete turn key experience from scheduling and delivering all the hardware and materials and will even schedule and meet with the building inspector.
