Two Senville LETO wall units with two outdoor units. Installed three years ago by a handyman, never heated. They run and blow, but only cool air, no error code. The lines were probably never vacuumed properly before charging, so I expect it needs a recover, deep vacuum and the charge weighed in, plus a check of the control wiring and reversing valve.
