Two Senville LETO wall units with two outdoor units, installed three years ago by a handyman. They have never heated. They run and blow air, but no heat and no error code.
The service valves may never have been fully opened, and the lines may not have been properly evacuated. Please check valve position first. If the system needs it, I expect a proper evacuation with a micron gauge and a weighed-in charge, plus a check of control wiring and the reversing valve.
Looking for an individual tech, not a company, with hands-on Senville or Midea mini split experience. EPA 608 required.
