I have a Whirlpool Cabrio Steam Dryer that works really well but stopped working. It heats up and turns on and it has a brand new belt and the motor was replaced around 4yrs ago. However the barrel isn't spinning and the rollers and barrel are able to spin freely with little resistance. It just doesn't spin when you attempt to cycle it. Im under the assumption that the capacitor is needing to be replaced. But I don't have the skills or tools to do so.
