Rock Hill Painting is looking for experienced residential painting crews for ongoing interior and exterior repaint projects.
Our primary service area includes Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill.
We are specifically looking for a long-term working relationship for our growing company and multiple jobs in the pipeline. If you are a good fit and work well with our company, then we want to keep you supplied with as much work as you need!
PLEASE READ BEFORE RESPONDING:
We are specifically looking for working crew owners or crew leaders who are personally involved in the projects they accept.
The owner or primary crew leader must be onsite regularly, able to communicate directly with us and the homeowner in English, and understand the scope, maintain quality standards, keep the project on schedule, and handle corrections and change orders when needed.
We are not looking for someone who accepts the project and then sends an unsupervised crew to complete it.
We provide:
• Clearly defined scopes before work begins
• Agreed-upon subcontractor compensation before accepting the project
• Clear expectations for prep, application, cleanup, and final quality
• Prompt payment after the project is completed satisfactorily, including required touch-ups or corrections
• Additional work for crews that consistently perform well
• Professional and respectful communication
You must:
• Provide an IRS W-9 Form prior to beginning any work. Rock Hill Painting reports payments to sub-contractors on IRS Form 1099.
• General liability insurance of at least $1 million with Rock Hill Painting listed as additional insured.
• Your own tools and equipment.
• Strong residential repaint experience.
• A reliable and properly supervised crew with at least one English speaker..
• Strong workmanship, prep standards, and jobsite cleanliness.
• The ability to follow written scopes and product/application specifications.
• The ability to complete punch-list items and corrections promptly.
• Reliable scheduling and communication if anything changes.
• Availability to work primarily in Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, and Liberty Hill
This is subcontract work paid by the project, not hourly employment.
Crews are expected to review the scope before accepting a project and complete the agreed work for the agreed subcontract price. Any questions, unexpected conditions, or requested changes must be discussed with Rock Hill Painting before additional work is performed.
We are looking for crews that work efficiently without sacrificing prep, finish quality, cleanliness, or customer experience.
