This is the full sealed kit: 2 adjustable folding leg assemblies, 2 tabletop brackets, 2 stand/bench brackets, plus all the bushings, bolts, washers and locknuts.
The wood top is not included. You'll need to supply your own.
Manufacturer specs: steel legs adjust from 22-5/8" to 37-5/8" in 1" steps, 1/2" leveling feet. It fits Rockler Rock-Steady and legacy shop stands with 28" or 32" legs, and most wooden workbenches.
No flaws. The box has never been opened.
