We're looking for someone who can work independently, help lead a small crew when needed, and assist with keeping projects running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist with daily job-site operations and crew coordination
Transport crew members and pick up construction materials as needed
Perform general construction, framing, and remodeling work
Help ensure projects stay organized and on schedule
Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
Qualifications:
Previous construction experience required
Experience in framing, remodeling, and outdoor living construction
Ability to lead and work alongside a small crew
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Dependable, honest, hardworking, and self-motivated
Pickup truck is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Compensation:
$18–$20 per hour, depending on experience
