Night Shift – 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Waco Metal Products is looking for an experienced and dependable Structural Steel Fitter/Welder to join our night-shift team.
Job Duties:
Fit and weld structural steel according to blueprints and shop drawings
Read and understand blueprints
Measure and layout materials accurately
Use tape measures and other measuring tools
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux-Core welding as needed
Use grinders, torches, saws, cranes, and other shop equipment
Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Previous structural steel fitting and welding experience preferred
Must be able to read blueprints
Must be able to accurately measure and fit steel
Must be dependable and willing to work as part of a team
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced fabrication environment
Must be able to perform both fitting and welding
Pay: Starting at $20/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM
Occasional overtime may be required.
