I received an Oura Ring 5 as a gift, but after wearing it for a week, I realized that it didn't give me anything new compared to my Apple Watch, and I don't want to track two different apps. But the size and weight are amazing, so this would be great for someone who prefers a tracker that doesn't sit on the wrist.
