Nice vintage piece from the 1970s. Called "Happy Time" Lighted Street Scene - Great gift for St Patrick's Day or Father's Day coming up!
Most of these unfortunately experienced clock mechanism failures like this one. Originally ran on 110 VDC and that powered the clock which then powered the man's beer arm and it raised with the bottle for a quick drink. The light also lit up the street sign. Both the arm and light remained on when plugged-in which I sure lead to the non-working status of these clocks.
I saved all the removed parts and they are included for complete restoral. Nothing has been modified on the clock except the old workings have been replaced with a modern AA battery mechanism. A lot Safer Setup!
