Roommate wanted for a nice, clean, spacious (non furnished) reasonably priced, room for rent. Ideal for a college/ grad student. Minimum 1 year stay. This is a 2 bedroom apartment on the West side very close to Worcester State University and WPI. I'll have one bedroom. Roommate will have the other. (There is a single bed and a desk for use if wanted). (No couples!) This is a safe and clean neighborhood! The apartment in on a bus route. There's grocery stores, parks, restaurants and small shops near by. Church and Synagogue close by as well. The room has three 60"x 35" new, vinyl replacement windows, a good size closet and wall to wall carpet! Plus, it's cable ready! Free Air conditioning is provided during the summer months. The apartment has a large living room with a 65" big screen tv, a large kitchen and a good size bathroom w/shower. There's a usable full deck in the front and back of the apartment. You'll have your own off street parking space. There's a cheap coin op washer/dryer in the basement. There's also a laundry facility just a mile away. This is a secure building. Only residents with keys can enter.
Roommate will share Wi-Fi and electric bill. First, last and damage deposit required. ($1000 x 3)

NO smokers or pets wanted! Someone over 25 preferred but not required. (Minimum 1yr Stay)
