Hey! I'm looking for a roommate to lock in a 2BR with me in a new boutique building in north Greenpoint. Move-in November 15, 13-month lease.
A little about me: I work in midtown, long hours and sometimes late, I lift and run, and I love dinners and drinks out with friends. I take a few trips a year. No pets on my end, and I'd love to keep it pet-free if possible. I don't cook much with my schedule, but I love to grill when I get the chance, and our rooftop has 2 grills. I keep a clean, calm place, I have a cleaning lady come through regularly, and I host rarely, once or twice a year, always planned well ahead, never a surprise.
Looking for someone with a similar vibe: clean, considerate, has their own life going on.

New boutique building, north Greenpoint
$7,100 gross ($3,550/person), net $6,281 after 1.5 months free (~$3,140/person)
Move-in November 15, 13-month lease
Brand new 2 bed / 1 bath, about 1,100 sq ft, tons of sunlight, balcony, dishwasher and washer/dryer in unit. We'd be the first ones to live in it.
Small boutique building, 32 units, finished construction about 6 months ago
Amenities free for the duration of our lease (usually $200): small gym, terrace, and a very large, fully built-out rooftop that's host friendly, with 2 grills, sunbathing chairs, tables, and more. Bike storage available. Parking garage available for an additional $400/month.
