Looking for a male roommate to share 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath house. This house is located near the Chevy Chase, U.K. Campus area. This house has a lot of space for 2 people. The house is furnished. You will need to provide your bedroom furnishings. The house has a large front porch: backyard, back porch - furnishings & grill. The house is located very close to Woodland Park! Kroger, coffee houses, and plenty of nice restaurants are within walking distance to choose from! This house is within walking distance from downtown, and all that downtown Lexington has to offer! This space is ideal for an open minded: a professional, graduate level, upper classman, mature male, but not limited to others.

Rent is $1500 a month, divided by 2 people = $750. per person. I was estimated that utilities and internet run about $250. (on the high side) a month also, divided by 2 people = $150. per person; brings total amount for rent around &900. each.
