52, no felonies, no drugs, looking for a quiet safe spare room to rent or basement that doesn't have a house full of drug addicts. Before I moved in here I didn't know that's what was happening before I moved in,
but this place has way too much going on for me & my lifestyle, this is a whole different thing happening. The landlord is really nice though. He's a good guy.
I'm not looking for anything fancy and I'm not picky at all very down to earth. Just a bed and a pillow that's it that's all I need.
Just seeing what's available for now.
I do have some anxiety and depression from a previous life support deadly trauma that happened years ago but I think I do fairly good. A few health issues from it.
They eat my food and they don't sleep. Some are very loud here and walk around very loud, almost yelling, and I get woke up every night for the past month.
I haven't lived with other people in over 35 years so this is new to me,
but some stay on drugs constantly all day and all night. Very crazy. Not my thing.
I owned a place on lake Erie for eight years, sold it 5 weeks ago moved back here for health appointments because I have a kidney tumor. And I am not a good fit for their lifestyle here. Their lives revolve around drugs and addiction with constant traffic in and out.
Too much for me.
I have a very slow, quiet lifestyle.
I'm 52, on disability and old so I don't do much. Just surviving and Dr appointments
I'm very quiet stay of myself, all I do is Dr appointments.
I'm clean. Respectful. And kind.
I have proof of social security disability income. I currently have 234. I get paid in a little over a week.
I can afford 500-600 a month & prefer to pay weekly please.
I have my own supplies and I have my own food and I have my own stuff. I am straight and I am not gay I've gotten a lot of inquiries asking. Not that it matters, I love all people and I lived with gay people get along great with everybody and love everybody.
I get rides to my doctor appointments through my insurance so I need to stay in Dayton.
I get paid on the 28th every month and I receive social security disability. I have positive references upon request. My current landlord as well as a reference. He's kind.

Only looking to move to Dayton because my Dr appointments are here, to the other side of town, I'm on the wrong side of town apparently. Looking to move to the other side or somewhere different. I don't have heavy traffic and I don't have people in, it's just me.
I'm very kind & respectful. Never had an issue.
