Hello there. Male here in his early 40's. Currently working two jobs so hardly home other than to sleep. Am seeking reasonably priced room in safe neighborhood in Buffalo. I have no pets and searching for a place that has no pets but if they are there then can deal with that. Am looking to move ASAP as my current landlord is evicting us due to him not wanting to make repairs outside of the home. This eviction has nothing to do with non payment of rent. Trying to keep price of the room fair. Please send a text message and will respond when I can with details. A couple things would need to be discussed as well.
