I am a 40 year old single man looking for a place to stay. I think I'm easy to get along with and try to be mindful of public spaces. Looking for living situation with someone who is also easy going. A place I can feel home at.
I generally work a lot and spend a decent amount of time out of the house but also want to feel at home when I'm at the house.
I Have a clean background. I do alot of side gigs and also have my own business on Amazon that I run (not at house)
I am open to rooms and maybe small apartments.
I'm looking at maybe 800 everything included if it's a decent place. Maybe more if it's a apartment style or self containing living space and not just a room.
