Keep my stuff clean and will help keep common area clean but will not be a maid to anyone. You make a mess then it’s your mess and you should clean it up.

Looking for long term most likely a year and a half many more or less as I wait for section 8 housing assistance
Prefer some place close to public transportation for I don’t own a vehicle.
Prefer rent 550 or under can do 600 but that put me on a tight budget.
