I am in need a room to sleep and work in, as I'll be starting a new work from home job on the 5th.

I have two cats. They are good with other animals, they are indoors. They do not go outside. They are good babies.

Don't have much for down payment as I'll be starting the new gig, but if someone is willing to work with me we can go over those details.

I'm quiet, homebody.
