Hi! My name is "TV" (you'll get my full name if/when we talk). I'm a full-time 41 year old MALE employee (i'm not in the government...) in the D.C. area looking to rent a room as soon as possible.
I'm looking to at least start to transition out of my current residence because it's being sold. I have steady WEEKLY income (we can even break the rent down to weekly payments if that works for you!) and can provide proof of employment. I'm quiet (but not awkward), clean, respectful, and keep to myself.
Because I need to move quickly, I'm looking for a place that doesn't require a credit check or a lengthy application process (my apologies... I know that sounds like a "red flag"... but this is a REAL situation and I don't have a ton of time to waste *with all due respect 🙏🏾*). If you're open to verifying my employment and meeting in person instead, that would be ideal.
My budget is approximately $600-800 per month, depending on what's included (kinda looking for something close to a Metro station to commute to work etc). I'm ready to move in immediately and can discuss the deposit and first month's rent (I don't have a lot coming with me either as far as belongings are concerned... no furniture or anything like that).
If you have a room is available, I'd appreciate hearing from you. Thank you!
