I’m an active, independent woman looking for a mutually beneficial living arrangement with the right person.
I’m seeking two unfurnished rooms and a private bath in a comfortable, well-maintained single-family home with privacy and a good-sized yard for my two small, well-behaved dogs. My preferred area is Vero Beach north to Melbourne/Palm Bay. I'm looking to relocate north of my current area.
I work remotely in web and graphic design and have a small private wellness practice. In exchange for minimal rent, I can contribute light household help, occasional errands and shopping, basic computer assistance, property upkeep, and help caring for a small dog or two.
Ideally, you take pride in your home and already maintain a neat, clean, comfortable living environment. You're independent, manage your own day-to-day needs, appreciate a little help and good company, and respect each other's privacy.
I'm looking for a reasonable, mutually beneficial arrangement where we can both benefit from sharing a home without the obligations of a conventional roommate situation.
