**CDL-A OTR Drivers Needed – All Miles Paid – Automatic/Manual**
Now hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for OTR refrigerated freight. Multiple openings available for solo drivers.
Pay & Schedule
- $0.75 CPM – ALL miles paid (loaded and empty)
- Average 2,500–3,000 miles per week
- Estimated $1,875–$2,250 gross weekly, based on miles driven
- Weekly pay
- 1099 independent contractor position
- 2 weeks out, 2–3 days home
- Bonuses for clean inspections, referrals, and extra stops
Equipment & Routes
- Primarily 2020 Freightliner trucks, with some older models
- Automatic and manual transmissions available
- No driver-facing cameras
- OTR refrigerated freight
- Drivers can take their trucks home
- No routes to CA, OR, WA, or MT
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- Clean MVR and PSP
- No endorsements required
- SAP Step 6 drivers considered
Additional Information
- $40/week occupational insurance
- Additional insurance options available after 30 days
- Orientation held in the western Chicago suburbs
- No forced team driving
