🦌 LOOKING FOR DEER HUNTING LAND/LEASE — ROGERS, MN AREA 🦌
ONE responsible hunter looking for private land within 10–15 miles of Rogers, MN.
I’m looking primarily for a place to BOW HUNT deer, and I would also be interested in shotgun hunting during the firearms season ONLY if the landowner is comfortable with it and it is legal for the property.
Just me — ONE hunter. No hunting party, no friends showing up and no extra people using your property.
I leased my previous hunting property for 15 YEARS and can provide an excellent reference from that landowner. I’m respectful, responsible and will treat your property as if it were my own.

I’m also willing to TRADE professional garage door work toward the lease. I own a local garage door business and have 25+ years of experience with garage door repairs, springs, openers, installations and service.
I’m interested in woods, farmland, field edges, creek/river bottoms or smaller overlooked pieces of acreage that might hold deer.

I’d definitely mention the 15-year reference prominently like this. That’s a big selling point because it tells a landowner you’re not somebody who’s going to tear up their property or cause problems.
