I have a multi-quip 9700 watt gas generator with a Honda 18 horsepower motor. It produces 120 / 240 volt power, has a 10 gallon tank, push button start with a new battery. It is in excellent running condition. I bought it from the city of Westover Hills near Fort Worth 10 years ago. They estimated they had under 50 hours on it and I've put 20 hours max in the last 10 years. Starts on the first push of the button and runs perfectly. It's mounted on heavy duty Wheels for easy transportation. It would make a perfect whole house generator or on the job site. It can be converted to Natural Gas for around $300. The Honda engine alone would cost over $2,500. A new unit like this cost $4,500 plus I'm asking $1400.
