Responsibilities
• Assist experienced plumbers with repairs, replacements, and installations.
• Carry materials, prep job sites, and maintain clean work areas
• Gain hands-on experience with various plumbing and heating systems.
• Learn proper plumbing techniques, tools, and procedures.
• Practice professional customer communication and service
• Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
• Follow company safety procedures and standards.
Qualifications
• Some plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, or construction experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Own basic trade tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
