Responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
* Providing medication assistance in accordance with facility procedures
* Preparing and serving simple, nutritious meals
* Completing light housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation tasks
* Monitoring residents and documenting changes or concerns
* Completing shift notes, checklists, and incident reports
* Supporting residents with activities, companionship, and daily routines
* Communicating professionally with residents, families, hospice providers, and coworkers
* Responding calmly and appropriately during emergencies
We are looking for someone who is:
* Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward older adults
* Dependable, punctual, and able to follow established routines
* Comfortable assisting residents with personal care
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Willing to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
* Able to pass a criminal background check and meet California RCFE employment requirements
* CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification
* Experienced with dementia or hospice care is preferred
Position details:

* Compensation: TBD based on experience (between $18-20/hour)
* Weekend and overnight availability is a plus
