• Backfill and compaction
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work safely around heavy equipment and trenches
• Construction experience preferred
• Operators should have experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment
• Ability to work as part of a crew and follow direction
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• OSHA and underground construction experience is a plus
