SES is seeking an experienced Waterjet Operator for a small, established machine shop in Rockledge, Florida.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on waterjet cutting experience who enjoys working in a smaller shop with a relaxed atmosphere and consistent daytime hours.
šµ PAY & SCHEDULE
- Pay: $25.00 per hour
- Location: Rockledge, FL
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Equipment: Flow Waterjet, Single Axis
- Work Environment: Small shop with a laid back atmosphere
š JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and monitor waterjet cutting equipment.
- Set up materials and prepare machines for cutting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical drawings.
- Work with cutting programs and machine software.
- Assist with drafting, programming, and preparing cutting files as needed.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
ā QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous hands-on waterjet operating experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience with Flow waterjet equipment is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Flow's proprietary CAD/CAM software, including FlowPATH, FlowMaster, or FlowXpert, is a major plus.
- Experience with other waterjet brands and programming systems is absolutely welcome.
- General CAD/CAM knowledge and the ability to work with digital drawings are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate cutting operations.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

While our ideal candidate would have experience operating Flow waterjet equipment and using its proprietary drafting and programming software, we understand that experience with this specific system may be limited.

We are primarily looking for someone with a solid understanding of waterjet cutting operations who can adapt to the equipment and software used in this shop.

This is a smaller shop with a laid back atmosphere. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can operate independently, and appreciates a workplace without the pressures of a large production facility.
