Homeside Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a single home-based case in Saugerties, NY 14615.
This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking to add a flexible case to their current schedule.

Responsibilities:
Provide skilled speech-language therapy in the patient's home
Evaluate the patient and develop an individualized treatment plan
Provide treatment based on the patient's speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Communicate with caregivers, office staff, and other members of the clinical team
Requirements:
Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License
Strong communication and clinical skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation for home visits
Home health, pediatric, outpatient, or SNF experience preferred
Location: Saugerties, NY 12477
Position: Part-Time / Per Diem
